The trial versions of the Stock Market Challenge simulations are provided on a 7 day no-obligation basis from the date the user name(s) and password(s) are issued.
During the trial period, you can only use the software for your own internal evaluation purposes. You cannot during the trial period use the software for any other purposes including, without limitation, teaching purposes. You cannot use any part of the trial version in any other way than for evaluation purposes until the software is paid for in full. You cannot make any copies of the trail version, resource or any part thereof. After you have purchased the resource, you can only use it in accordance with your licence agreement and for no other purposes.
Purchases of the resource must be made in pounds sterling. UK customers must make payment within 14 days of the receipt of an invoice. International customers must pay in advance by bank transfer, upon receipt of an invoice, or by credit card via the website. For overseas customers paying by bank transfer, the full price in pounds sterling must have been received in 10 Lane Learning's account before access to the resource will be permitted. No deductions can be made from the price for bank charges or foreign exchange adjustments.
UK & EU customers: VAT is payable on purchases of the resource at 20%.
Non-EU customers: No VAT is payable.
Once the resource has been purchased and the user name(s) and password(s) issued, the publishers cannot accept the cancellation of an order or licence and no refunds can be made.
