Global Investor Simulations observes legal obligations towards you in the way that we deal with data collected from you. We keep strict security standards to prevent any unauthorised access to it.

Under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998 and in compliance with the 2018 GDPR regulations, Global Investor Simulations will only use your data for communication regarding our published resource, events or competitions.  We won’t sell or pass on your contact details to any companies or organisations for marketing or any other purpose unless they are an educational institution directly involved in the same project as you, or unless you give us permission to do so, or we are obliged and permitted by law to disclose it. 

We will keep your data for up to 3 years. If you would like us to delete the data we hold on you, please email mail@globalinvestorsims.com with 'Unsubscribe' in the subject box.
